For the last few days, my best friend Colleen and her wonderful fiance Alex have been visiting. We loved having them and Henry and Emma had a great time with them. I think that the biggest news of the last few days though is that Colleen ate pork! For those of you who don't know her, she has been working her way back from being a vegetarian for the last few years. This was her 1st time eating pork for years and we were able to entice her with some bacon this morning. I mean who can refuse the smell of bacon fat?On another note, it looks like we
have not figured out Emma's eating issues. The new nipples must have just diverted her attention for a bit, but now we are back to screaming fits during feedings. Anyone have any suggestions? We would love to hear them! We have tried different bottles, different nipples, sitting up, lying down, feeding her less at a time, etc.... We are waiting to hear from our doctor to see if it is okay to change her formula. At this point, we are at a loss.
Silent reflux! Cooper had/has silent reflux. The girls scream and then throw up or spit up. Cooper just screams but nothing comes out. So he was diagnosed with silent reflux, got on the same meds as the girls and is a completely different baby! Could be that!
